Your counseling journey is unique to you, and I would be honored to join with you in navigating your story and nurturing resilience. Trauma has many faces that erode away our sense of self, safety, and belonging. My hope is to forge a safe ecosystem and therapeutic relationship that equips you to thrive. I integrate attachment based therapy and polyvagal theory to help equip you to befriend your nervous system.
