Joy is a mom of two boys living in Birmingham, AL. With a passion for supporting individuals’ well-being, she is excited to contribute her organizational and interpersonal skills to create a warm and welcoming environment for clients seeking help. Her commitment to confidentiality and empathy aligns perfectly with the values of this practice, and she looks forward to assisting both the professionals and clients in their journey towards mental and emotional wellness. A little bit about Joy – her first career was as a fourth grade teacher and then as an educator with the Birmingham Zoo. When she’s inside, she loves playing piano and doing puzzles, and when she’s outside, she loves hiking and her favorite place to be is the Smoky Mountains.
